This company contributes to the Alpujarras economy in a way that helps to retain traditional customs & values whilst integrating modern techniques. Over the last 5 years Alpujarras Property has financially contributed too many of the cultural celebrations and plan to continue donating to the local fiestas & events.

Present
The expansion of Alpujarras Property led to the creation of Busby Propiedades S.L. This new company offers a much wider range of services and benefits our International clients who travel from Spain, Australia, America, Holland, Iceland, Namibia, France, United Kingdom and many more countries.

The company experience in olive oil production and almond collection helps to make re location easier for clients moving to the rural farms. We always try to employ local agricultural people, this helps to integrate newcomers to this area with people who have lived here all their lives or for many years.

We live in the village and utilize the local schools so we have first hand experience of the excellent medical and educational facilities in the Alpujarras. This is an advantage for clients who are re locating to the mountain villages and need advice on the local amenities and facilities

Future
Using a combination of local trade's people and professional services we support the local economy and help to provide many employment opportunities. For example many of our clients wish to be involved in property renovations, language courses, mosaic classes, dance classes etc. and we can put you in touch with a variety of crafts people. This is an area we see growing and is a positive advantage for those who wish to live and work in this beautiful area.
