Directions to our office:

Easy journey from Almeria (1.5 hours) or Malaga (2.5 hours) take the N340 coastal road. Near La Rabita turn inland onto the C333 towards Albuñol,(40 minutes from here). Shortly after the town of Albuñol,take sharp right to Albondón & Cádiar. On entering the village of Cádiar you will pass a petrol station on your left and a restaurant "La Ruta" on your right, turn left at this T junction and then left again at the crossroads. Our office, (with street parking) has a wooden shop frontage,2nd building on the left (next to a bar with an outside terrace).

From Granada Airport (1.5 hours) leave the airport following Granada signs (white signs for Granada & Sante Fe) stay on the dual carriage way (not the motorway) until you reach Granada (approx 15 mins) take the N323 Motorway towards Motril. Stay on this motorway until it ends and keep straight on, after the dam turn left for La Alpujarras, cross the bridge and go straight on towards Órgiva. Stay on this road until it ends (approx 40km) turn left at the T junction towards Cádiar. On entering the village of Cádiar, there is a petrol station on your left and a restaurant, "La Ruta" on your right, turn left at this T junction and then left again at the crossroads and our office, with a wooden shop front is the 2nd building on the left, next to a bar with an outside terrace.

"Please note there are road widening works between Cádiar & Ugíjar, (worth adding an extra 30 minutes onto your journey time). The improved infrastructure will quicken access and we expect an increase in property prices"
