The location of Bayacas is wonderful with panoramic mountain and countryside
views.
On the first floor there is another reception room, a further four bedrooms
and a modern bathroom containing a shower cubicle, sink unit, bidet and
toilet. Outside of the property is a large tiled terrace area.
Holiday Rental rates
Per week
600 Euros (October to March)
700 Euros (April to September, Christmas & New Year)
These prices
include the cost of utilities, (except wood, which you may wish to purchase
from the owner on a daily basis at a reasonable price).
Long term
prices (minimum
contract of three months)
Per month 750 Euros.
Clients requiring
long term accommodation need to be aware of the following points
· Advertised prices exclude the cost of utilities (gas, electric,
water & wood).
· To secure a long term reservation, payment of 500 euros security
deposit is required.
· Copies of passports needed for all guests plus full payments
for first and last month of stay.
