Big 4A pretty two bedroom cottage with superb views, created in August 2005. It is fully equipped for a holiday and has around 15 hectares of private land nearby for you to explore if you wish. The cottage has been built in the local style and uses solar for the lights. There is a gravel driveway leading to the house with sufficient space to park two or three cars.

The main door of the house leads into an open plan sitting room, with a wood burning stove, sofa, easy chair, coffee table, dining room table and chairs. There are two bedrooms, (double and twin) with bedding and storage areas. The bathroom comprises of a shower, toilet and sink with a mirror and ceramic tiles. The kitchen is a traditional obra style with a gas hob, gas fridge and sink unit. The water is fine for washing, but as it comes from a deposit, it is best to collect drinking water from the fountains dotted about the village. There is a relaxing terrace at the rear of the property, which has a shaded area and garden furniture. Next year the owners would like to add a plunge pool.

The house is situated 5 minutes from Nieles where there is a bar and daily bread delivery. Although it is only 10 minutes in the car to Juviles where there is a supermarket and postal service. From here it is a short trip to Trevelez or Cadiar.

Per day 50 Euros (minimum five days)
Per week 350 Euros

These prices include the cost of utilities, (except wood, which you may wish to purchase from Alpujarras Property on a daily basis at a reasonable price).
