Big 4This cleverly designed traditional complex contains three cottages all with two bedrooms. They are suitable as individual family holidays or a larger group of up to 12 people. The hamlet of Bayacas is tranquil with mountain views. There is an open plan kitchen and sitting room with two sofas, fireplace, television, kitchen and dining area. Leading off this there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a fully fitted bathroom.

Outside of the property is a patio area. Close by is an open air communal swimming pool.
For the more adventurous there is the possibility of a horse-riding session. The property owner takes lessons or treks (average price 35 euros per person). If you wish to ride please organize and pay for this when reserving your accommodation. There are generally 8 horses living in the grounds of the complex. If you wish to bring domestic pets with you, this is possible but they would need to sleep outside of the properties and there is a garage available should you wish to use this.



Holiday Rental rates
Per week 300 Euros (October to March)
500 Euros (April to September, Christmas & New Year)

These prices include the cost of utilities, (except wood, which you may wish to purchase from the owner on a daily basis at a reasonable price).

Long term prices (minimum contract of three months)
Per month 660 Euros.

Clients requiring long term accommodation need to be aware of the following points
· Advertised prices exclude the cost of utilities (gas & wood).
· To secure a long term reservation, payment of 500 euros security deposit is required.
· Copies of passports needed for all guests plus full payments for first and last month of stay.

Additional bank charge of 15 euros needed for sending an English cheque.
