There is a school bus service to Velez de Benaudalla and a collection point nearby to the International private school in Almuñecar. There is good access to the Sierras and from the top of the hillside you can see the Mediterranean Sea. It is 45 minutes to the cultural city of Granada. The ski resort is approximately 75 minutes away.

The property benefits from parking for 2 or 3 cars and a spacious patio, with beautiful views. There is also a cleverly designed summer kitchen and BBQ area.

There are 3 good sized bedrooms, modern bathroom, open plan design kitchen and sitting room with traditional feature fireplace. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. The house is light and airy and the owners welcome domestic pets and children, however any damage must be paid for.
