On the ground floor there are two large and comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a television, fireplace, music system and dining room table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob and fridge. The house benefits from mains electric and water.

There is also an outside swimming pool as well as 2 patio areas to relax and enjoy the superb location and glorious views.

The setting is private and secluded but it is only three minutes on a track from the main road and it is close to the Morayma hotel. Here they have a restaurant and bar where you may like to try the local specialities.

The house has a dining area with a cloakroom and a spacious reception room which opens out into the kitchen and a patio. There is also a patio at the front of the property as well as an upstairs terrace which allows you to make the most of the Alpujarras.

Holiday Rental
900 euros per week Christmas, Easter and Summer
780 euros per week, at other times of the year.
Please note that the pool is open in July and August and the utilities (electric, water, gas and under floor heating) are included in these above costs.
However if you wish to purchase wood then this is available at an additional cost.
