Big 4This complex comprises of a small cluster of traditionally built farmhouses and guests can choose from a two, three or four bedroom holiday cottage. They all share a very large outside swimming pool, which is normally open in the summer months. The pool is fenced off for secure access, which makes it easy if there are children in the group.

The farmhouses are very similar in style, the bathrooms are modern and fully tiled with mains water beings provided by the town of Bérchules. The sitting rooms contain a dining room table and chairs, plus a sofa, coffee table, television and wood burning fire. In the bedrooms there are comfortable beds ands wardrobes, bedside tables and good sized windows with fly screens, making it very easy to let the pure mountain air in. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, sink unit, gas hob plus a range of essential cooking items and crockery.

This is a wonderful venue to relax, a rural location with superb views. In addition there is plenty of countryside to be able to explore. The land surrounding the cottages belongs to the owner and you are welcome to help yourself to the home produced brevas, figs, pears, grapes and almonds during your stay.

This property is best reached by a vehicle with high clearance from the stone dirt track, like a 4 by 4

From this farmhouse, it is 15 minutes to Cadiar which is a town in the centre of the Alpujarras comprising of a full range of services, such as shops, restaurants and a fortnightly local market. Alternatively around 10 minutes in the other direction is Bérchules a picturesque mountain village with a selection of services.

Holiday Rental rates
18 euros per day per person
two bedroom house, with two people - 252 euros per week.
two bedroom house, with 4 people - 504 euros per week

Three or four bedroom cottage, with 6 people - 756 euros per week.

These prices include the cost of utilities, (except wood, which you may wish to purchase from the owner on a daily basis at a reasonable price).
