The two bedroom apartment is spacious, an ideal venue for up to 4 people. The top terrace of the building has glorious views across the Contraviesa. On this floor, there is also a laundry that you are welcome to use if you wish with washing machines, a place to dry washing and an ironing area.

The accommodation has been built in a traditional Alpujarran style. The building is elegantly furnished in a rustic style. Entrance to the guest accommodation is through a hand crafted wooden door and behind this is a beautifully tiled staircase and the apartment is on the first floor.

The interior has a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances such as a fridge and a microwave. In addition it has an electric hob and space to prepare food. The sitting room and kitchen area are open plan in design and there is ample space to relax, with a sofa, television, dining room table and chairs, wall units. The bathroom contains a bath, toilet, bidet, shower and sink unit plus a mirror and storage cupboard. The Master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe and the twin room has a bunk bed.

These prices include the cost of utilities.

Long term prices (minimum contract of three months)
Per month (2 people) 360 €.
Per month (4 people) 600 €

Clients requiring long term accommodation need to be aware of the following points
· Advertised prices exclude the cost of utilities (electric & gas).
· To secure a long term reservation, payment of 500 € security deposit is required.
· Copies of passports needed for all guests, plus full payments for first and last month of stay.
