Apartamento Paqui is a recently built spacious and tastefully decorated one bedroom
apartment located on the second floor of a beautiful Spanish building. It is an ideal venue for 2 people. The rooms have been built in a traditional Alpujarran style, with authentic Spanish floor tiles throughout. The traditional features of the property have been retained and enhanced with modern facilities such as a washing machine and radiators.

On entering the building, there is a beautifully tiled floor area and a wide staircase. The apartment contains a modern bathroom. The sitting room has a sofa, wall unit, television, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is of open plan design and has a sink unit, ample kitchen cupboards, gas hob and fridge / freezer. The double bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and bedside table. The large terrace is approached from an internal staircase.

If you wish to order a welcome food pack (60 euros) then please order this in advance through Alpujarras Property. This is useful if you are arriving at siesta time, when the shops might be closed.

Holiday Rental rates
335 € per week
3 day break 150 € (for any three consecutive days).

These prices include the cost of utilities, (except wood, which you may wish to purchase from the owner on a daily basis at a reasonable price).

Long term prices (minimum contract of three months)
Per month 400 €

Clients requiring long term accommodation need to be aware of the following points
· Advertised prices exclude the cost of utilities (electric, gas & wood).
· To secure a long term reservation, payment of 500 euros security deposit is required.
· Copies of passports needed for all guests plus full payments for first and last month of stay.
