Casa Paloma is a recently restored (August 2005) 2 bedroom townhouse, which has been sympathetically renovated by combining modern day facilities with the charm of an older property. It is an ideal venue for up to 4 people; there is a double and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Parking is five minutes away from the house in the village square near the small church.

here is an open plan sitting room/ kitchen with two sofas, fireplace, wooden kitchen units, fridge, electric cooker with hob, dining room table and four chairs. The two bedrooms are in the basement of the property, the Master bedroom has an en suite facility with under floor heating and a private patio.

The pretty tiled terrace is on the top floor (with a washing machine at the top of the stairs) and lovely views from the terrace. Domestic pets are permitted at this house and any damage caused by pets must be paid for. For animal lovers this is a great place to be as the local Spanish families have a range of mules, horses, goats and chickens and like to involve everybody in their activities.

If you are arriving during siesta time you may wish to request a food hamper (60 euros) from Alpujarras Property please order when you make your reservation.

Holiday Rental rates
Per week 300€
These prices include the cost of utilities, (except wood, which you may wish to purchase from Alpujarras Property on a daily basis at a reasonable price).

Long term prices (minimum contract of three months)
Per month 500 €.

Clients requiring long term accommodation need to be aware of the following points
· Advertised prices exclude the cost of utilities (electric, gas & wood).
· To secure a long term reservation, payment of 500 € security deposit is required.
· Copies of passports needed for all guests plus full payments for first and last month of stay.
