There is parking outside the property and the access is via a steep narrow road, a small van or 4 by 4 is advantageous but not essential to access the house.

There are other properties adjacent to this house and an allotment to the front of the property (this belongs to the adjacent house).

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one Master bedroom, a double room and a single room with bunk beds. There is a family bathroom on this floor. Upstairs there is an open plan kitchen and dining area and enormous windows with breathtaking views over Narila and Cádiar. There is also a traditional feature fireplace and this is a cosy room to relax in.
