This is an ideal venue for 8 people, although it would also be comfortable for a smaller group. The house is furnished in a rustic style and is perfect for those guests wanting to experience the relaxed lifestyle of a quaint Spanish mountain village with stunning views.

On entering the town house, there is a traditional wide staircase which leads to the surprisingly light and airy open plan kitchen and sitting room. This room has a very large window and a traditional wooden fire, sofa, coffee table, television and large sideboard. At the rear of the sitting room, there is a kitchen with ample storage space, cooking facilities and a fridge. There is also another part of the house leading off this kitchen. From this there is a large terrace (with a covered roof) with stunning views over whitewashed villages, ideal for those wanting to shelter from the sun, but enjoy the outdoor life.

The other three bedrooms and a bathroom are located at the rear of the dining room. The bathroom is small and simple in design. The house is fully equipped with towels and bedding. The room to the right of the sitting room is another double bedroom which leads onto a spacious terrace with spectacular views over the Sierra de la Contraviesa.

Holiday Rental rates
Per week 500 €

These prices include the cost of utilities, (except wood, which you may wish to purchase from the owner on a daily basis at a reasonable price).

Long term prices (minimum contract of three months)
Per month 660 €.

Clients requiring long term accommodation need to be aware of the following points
· Advertised prices exclude the cost of utilities (electric, gas & wood).
· To secure a long term reservation, payment of 500 € security deposit is required.
· Copies of passports needed for all guests plus full payments for first and last month of stay.
