Casa San Rita is a tastefully restored property in picturesque Narila, a friendly hamlet situated 5 minutes drive from Cadiar. There is vehicle access to the front door and parking available in the local plaza, which is less than two minutes walk from the house. This property would be an ideal destination for up to eight people, but could also comfortably accommodate two or four people.

There is an open plan sitting room with a sofa, television, fireplace, dining room table and chairs. The kitchen is positioned behind this area and it is fitted with pine units and modern appliances. There is a large fridge, freezer, cooking rings, microwave, sink unit and selection of crockery and kitchen utensils. In addition there is a washing machine.

The bathroom has a white bathroom suite with pretty tiles.There are four bedrooms in total, most with beautiful fully fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There are three double beds and one twin bedroom, making this an ideal place for a family or a group of friends.

Rental of this house includes all towels and bedding, although extra towels needed for the beach or the local outside pool. If you wish to purchase a welcome food and drink hamper, these cost 60 euros each and use a range of local seasonal produce. This would be placed in the house, prior to your arrival and is a relief for clients who may choose to arrive in Siesta time, when the shops are closed. Alternatively if you prefer to order a few litres of the local organic rose wine and extra virgin olive oil we are happy to provide both for an extra 25 euros.

Holiday Rental rates

Short breaks available at 25 € per person per day
These prices include the cost of utilities, (except wood, which you may wish to purchase from the owner on a daily basis at a reasonable price).

Long term prices (minimum contract of three months)
Per month 450 €

Clients requiring long term accommodation need to be aware of the following points
· Advertised prices exclude the cost of utilities (electric, gas & wood).
· To secure a long term reservation, payment of 500 € security deposit is required.
· Copies of passports needed for all guests plus full payments for first and last month of stay.

Additional bank charge of 15 euros needed for sending an English cheque.
