The properties are designed slightly differently, with some having a sitting room and kitchen of an open plan design and others having independent rooms. The decoration is a combination of modern and traditional with beautiful rustic style doors and Spanish floor tiles throughout. The kitchens have fitted units, fridge, sink, electric hob and microwave as well as china and glassware. Each reception room has a sofa, dining room table and chairs plus a television. The bathrooms are fully tiled with the addition of heated towel rails; the luxury suite has a Jacuzzi. There is a covered entrance porch area hich you might like to use as a terrace to soak up the sun. There is well lit private parking opposite the houses and also next to the houses and a security system in place to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Good wheelchair access This attention to detail makes it a peaceful rural setting (1350 meters above sea level) but with the addition of a large swimming pool, private parking, restaurant and bar you have all essential facilities on the doorstep. However a trip to the Costa Tropical is only 40 minutes away should you wish to have a day by the beach. This beautiful part of the Alpujarras has chestnut trees growing in abundance and lots of natural springs with pure fountain water, which is safe to drink. The natural resources in the area have been used to decorate and create the resort, with a variety of different stones, wood and canes evident in the properties. The old style of living has been merged with the needs of today to produce smart and welcoming houses for you to enjoy. Holiday

This
newly created family complex of 14 traditional country houses has been
designed with guest comfort and enjoyment in mind. The location is easy
to access, positioned on the outskirts of the quiet hamlet of Alcutar,
(setback from the road between Cádiar and Bérchules). Each
2 bedroom house (one double & one twin bedroom) is fully equipped
and has central heating as well as a traditional fireplace. The houses
are also light and airy with patio doors and double glazed windows that
allow guests to enjoy the panoramic position.
