The addition of private terraces for each part of the accommodation, gives customers the chance to enjoy the fabulous weather and amazing views.

This is a magical end of town destination, however it is only a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the commercial facilities, such as shops & banks or local schools, parks & medical services. There is a population of around 1000 people living in this village, however the amazing selection of amenities, means that it is also used by the surrounding hamlets and villages.

This smart and comfortable accommodation has just been created and finished this month to a high specification. Within the grounds of this property there is parking, a playground, as well as a highly respected local restaurant.

The en suite bedrooms and the 2 bedroom apartment are approached through a pretty courtyard, with steps leading to guest accommodation, however there is also a different vehicle entrance should you wish to use that for unloading of suitcases.

The en suite bedrooms all have a lockable private front door which leads to an entrance hall, with a modern shower room on the left. The Master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, television and patio doors leading to the terrace. There is garden furniture on the terraces during the summer months.

The rooms are equipped with bedding and towels, however if you wish to use the local swimming pool or the beach please bring additional towels. Surrounding the accommodation are lots of secret gardens plus a communal utility area. The owner has a wonderful selection of plants and trees, with mature olive, almond and walnut trees all offering a touch of shade.

The fully equipped two bedroom apartment has the spacious kitchen- sitting room that can be seen on the photographs. There is a Master bedroom and a small double, both with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. The two terraces and utility area are a fabulous addition to this apartment and it has been very well designed. This apartment can be reserved for long or short stays.

Please note domestic animals are not permitted to stay inside any of these properties, however if clients have dogs or cats, the owners are willing for pets to sleep outside, in the area at the rear of the restaurant.
