Situated close to the main road between Cadiar and Albondón there is 1.3 hectares of sloping land. There is a place to park vehicles just at the entrance to the land and you might want to add an extra vehicle track if you wished to create a building on the section of flat land in the valley.

The position is very secluded and the views of the Sierras are glorious. This fertile land has already got a selection of mature almond trees and there is water and mains electric at some of the other farms nearby. Consequently with permission this land may be granted permission for water and electric and it is likely that you would be able to construct an agricultural building.

The location is ideal, only 15 minutes drive to Cádiar and Albondón. Both towns have a selection of commercial facilities.

The land could also be used for vines as many farmers in this area produce good quality wine.
