This farmhouse has 1.3 hectares of cultivated land in two
parts. One half a hectare is situated next to the casita and is very flat,
there are water rights allocated to this land. In addition next to the
property there is a water tank for irrigating the land.
The position being high up in the Sierras gives the second section of

birdlife. This land was used before for growing potatoes and there are

From here it is 15 minutes drive to the village of Mecina Bombaron where
there are a selection of supermarkets, restaurants and artisan shops.
In addition it is 50 minutes drive to the coast and the beaches of the
Costa Tropical.
