This is a very pretty rural location, a secluded yet accessible piece of well cared for land. It is predominantly farmed to almonds and figs and the mountain views are stunning. On a clear day you can see the snowcapped mountain of Mulhacen and the La Teja district.

This 1 hectare piece of land benefits from a private track throughout the land and the track to the area is in good condition. There is also a small agricultural building established on the land, designed in the traditional style with a flat roof. However this is not habitable and would need renovating should you wish to use it as an agricultural storage building.

It is likely that this area is going to receive mains electric very soon and some of the farmers have also applied for mains water. However should you prefer to use a solar system this is also possible. In this district there has always been an abundance of spring water and this is what the farmers have traditionally used to irrigate the crops.

The location is ideal, only a short 15 minute drive from Cádiar where there are a full range of commercial services or 20 minutes to Albondon. Cádiar is located in the heart of the Alpujarras and has a petrol garage, medical centre, dentists, supermarkets, chemist and many other businesses. However if you prefer to use the services of the Costa Tropical this is approximately a 35 minutes drive to the beaches in this region.
