gorgeous house situated in the small and friendly village of Turón.
This property is perfect for someone wishing to buy and restore a village
house. It is possible to drive to the front door with access for building
materials and dumpers etc. One can not park outside the property however,
but there is parking in the square only 30 metres away.

key to open and once inside the accommodation is laid out in an "L"
shape on two floors. Reception room leads through to sitting room with
single bedroom & large double bedroom off to the side. To the right
of the front door is a staircase, below that the kitchen which has an

be converted into a covered terrace or small workshop. It is unusual for
village houses to have their own garden and this is one of the nicest
features of this property. This cottage benefits from a private walled
garden which provides an outside area in which to relax and enjoy the
Mediterranean lifestyle.
The property is 101m². On the first floor a large open plan lounge
and another generous sized bedroom plus spare room which could be used
as a bathroom. There is currently no bathroom in the property, but it
is possible to connect to all mains services and amenities. New plumbing
and re-wiring would be necessary.
Turón as a village is still pretty much undiscovered and predominantly
Spanish with only a small handful of foreigners living there full time
at present, but since it is located close to the large town of Berja it
is still very accessible.
There are two bars, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, medical service, town
hall and a Primary school in Turón. There is also a playground
area next to the church. In addition a communal Swimming pool is being
created in 2006 for the residents of this village.
